These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by ManifatturaCeraoloMoroni AG, with registered office at via Grabenhofstrasse 6, 6010, Kriens (CH), and identified by the trademark 1900 ("Products") through the website 1900accessories.com ("Website").
The products marketed through the Website are sold to the purchaser (“Customer” or “Consumer”) by Calicantus S.r.l. ("Seller"), with registered office at via L. Mazzon, 30 Quarto D'Altino (VE), VAT No. 037590272.

1.2. For any information regarding orders, payments, shipping and returns, you may contact the Seller by filling in the form or by calling +39 0422 782890.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
2.1. In order to purchase one or more Products, the Customer must complete an order form, providing all required mandatory information.
2.2. The Customer may place orders either as a registered user, after creating an account, or as a guest. Before confirming the order, the Customer must read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the relevant acceptance box.
2.3. The Customer will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order (the “Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order proposal.
2.4. The purchase shall be deemed completed only when the order proposal is accepted by the Seller. The Seller will send the Customer a subsequent email confirming acceptance of the purchase proposal and informing them that the order is being shipped.
2.5. The order may be rejected in the following cases:
a) unavailability of the ordered Product(s);
b) failure to authorize the charge of the total cost of the Product(s) using one of the applicable payment methods;
c) when, at the time of purchase, the indicated price is clearly incorrect (e.g. prices that are excessively high or low compared to those normally applied for the same Product, unless justified by a promotion, or incorrect calculation of VAT or other applicable taxes).
2.6. If the Seller rejects an order as indicated above, the Customer will be notified by email and refunded if payment has already been made. Such refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (see Article 5) without undue delay and, in any case, within 10 (ten) working days from the communication of the rejection.
2.7. Images displayed on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only. While efforts are made to ensure that the representations of items are as accurate as possible, variations may occur. The Seller cannot guarantee that the actual appearance of the items exactly matches what is displayed on screen. Therefore, the Seller assumes no liability for errors or inaccuracies in photographs and/or graphical representations, including differences in color tone or texture due to technical limitations of devices. Even in cases of clear discrepancies, the Seller shall not be held liable.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. The right of withdrawal is granted only if the Customer purchases the Products as a consumer, as defined by Article 3(a) of the Consumer Code. If the Customer acts as a professional, as defined by Article 3(c), the right may be granted at the Seller’s discretion.
3.2. The Customer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.
3.3. The Customer must preserve the integrity of the Product and ensure it is returned in the best possible condition, with original packaging, instructions, and all components. The Product must not be handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must complete the Return Form. The Customer is responsible for the Product while it is in their possession.
3.5. If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, payments will be refunded using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and proof of return.
3.6. If the returned Product is damaged, malfunctioning, worn, altered, or shows physical or aesthetic changes due to improper use or negligence, the Customer shall be required to pay the full price and related costs. Products with serial numbers that do not match those on the original invoice will not be accepted.
3.7. The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized Products pursuant to Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code.
4. SHIPPING
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Deliveries are generally made on working days. Delivery shall in any case occur within a maximum of 30 days.
4.2. During promotions, sales or holidays, delivery times may be extended by up to 15 working days.
4.3. Once shipped, the Customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
4.4. Delivery may not be possible due to product characteristics or structural limitations of the destination (e.g. large or heavy items, lack of elevators).
4.5. Any shipping costs will be indicated at checkout.
4.6. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
5. PRICE, VAT, DUTIES, PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. Prices are those indicated on the Website, except in case of error under Article 2.5(c). Prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.
5.2. For deliveries outside the EU, Products may be subject to import duties and customs fees. The Customer must verify applicable regulations. The Seller is not responsible for additional costs or delays due to customs.
5.3. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, PayPal.
5.6. Installment payments via Klarna may be available at checkout.
6. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
6.1. All Products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee from delivery. Rights must be exercised within 26 months.
6.2. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer may choose repair or replacement unless disproportionate.
6.3. If repair or replacement is impossible, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination.
6.4. This guarantee does not apply to professionals.
6.5. The Customer may contact the Seller via form.
6.6. The Seller will assess claims and decide whether to authorize returns.
6.7. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. The 1900 trademark and all related trademarks, images, logos, designs and patents are the exclusive property of ManifatturaCeraoloMoroni AG. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. PRODUCT SAFETY (EU Regulation No. 2023/988 “GPSR”)
8.1. All Products comply with EU safety regulations. Contact: purchase@manifatturacm.com
8.2. Safety reports may be submitted via the same email.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. The Seller is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control.
9.2. Such events include strikes, conflicts, disasters, pandemics, etc.
9.3. Obligations are suspended during such events, but the Seller will seek solutions.
10. PRIVACY
10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
10.2. Further information is available via the form.
10.3. The Seller may perform payment and anti-fraud checks, including identity verification.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
11.2. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer’s place of residence.
