Products are delivered with a warranty seal, an identification tag, and a warranty certificate (if applicable) provided by the manufacturer.
The customer is encouraged to inspect the product received without removing or tampering with these elements, except as strictly necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or request an exchange, the product must preferably be returned:
- with the warranty seal intact
- with the original tag/tag still attached
- with the warranty certificate included, if applicable
- in the original packaging
- free of signs of use other than those necessary to verify its nature and characteristics.
Removing or breaking the warranty seal, missing the tag, or missing the warranty certificate does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. However, if these elements are missing or the product shows signs of use beyond the scope of a simple inspection, the seller may apply a reduction in the refund proportional to the decrease in value of the item.
Returns may be refused only if the product is not returned or is severely damaged.
